Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Mind Journey Lab website or apps, or buy one of our programs. Mind Journey Lab is operated by Legacy Imports and Distributions LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you accept them.
What we sell
We sell digital audio programs — spoken affirmation sessions, guided meditations and binaural wave sessions — delivered through a web app. Nothing is shipped to you. Mind Evolution is a single payment of $47 USD and gives you access for as long as the program exists.
Some material is free. Free access does not include the paid library.
What you may do with it
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to listen for yourself. You may not resell it, share your access with others, publish it, or use any part of it in your own products. The audio, text and design remain ours.
This is not medical care
Our programs are for general wellbeing and relaxation. They are not medical treatment, they do not diagnose or cure anything, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If something concerns you about your health, speak to a doctor. Do not listen to binaural audio while driving or operating machinery, and ask your doctor first if you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or a pacemaker or similar device.
Results differ from person to person. We make no promise about what any particular person will experience.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. We never see or store your card details. Your access is unlocked as soon as the payment succeeds.
Refunds
If the program is not right for you, write to support@mindjourneylab.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it. You do not have to explain why. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and your access ends when the refund is issued.
Anyone who bought while a longer guarantee was advertised keeps the terms that were on screen at the time of their purchase.
Your account and access
Access is tied to the email address you bought with, and to an access code we send you. Keep them. If you lose access — a new device, a cleared browser — write to us and we will restore it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We may add, change or withdraw sessions over time. If we ever shut a paid program down entirely, we will give buyers notice and a way to keep what they paid for.
Emails
When you give us your email, we send you what you asked for and a short series of follow-up emails. Every one has an unsubscribe link. Buyers also receive email about their purchase, which is not marketing and does not stop when you unsubscribe from the rest.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into the service, copy it by automated means, resell access, or use it in a way that breaks the law. We may end access that does any of these, without a refund.
Our responsibility
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and none of it affects consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
Which law applies
Legacy Imports and Distributions LLC is registered in the State of Florida, United States. These terms are governed by Florida law, and any dispute that cannot be settled between us belongs to the courts of that state. If you live somewhere else, this does not take away the consumer protections you have at home.
Before anyone goes to court: write to us. Most things are a misunderstanding, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published.
