Mind Journey Lab
Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
Mind Journey Lab is operated by Legacy Imports and Distributions LLC. This page explains what we collect when you use our website and apps, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
| Information | When |
|---|---|
| Your email address | When you enter it to get free access or to buy |
| Payment details | When you buy — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number |
| How you use the app | Pages opened, sessions played, buttons pressed |
| Technical information | Browser type, device type, approximate location from your IP address |
We do not ask for your name, address or phone number, and we do not collect them.
Why we collect it
- To give you what you asked for — access to the free session, and to what you bought.
- To email you about your purchase and, if you opted in, a short series of follow-up emails.
- To understand what works — which pages people open, where they leave, and whether our advertising reaches people who find it useful.
Who else handles your information
We use other companies to run the service. Each one only receives what it needs:
| Company | What it does |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Processes payments. Receives your payment details and email |
| Systeme.io | Sends our email sequences. Stores your email address |
| Resend | Sends transactional email, such as your access details |
| Vercel | Hosts the website and stores our records |
| Meta (Facebook, Instagram) | Measures whether our ads reach people who use the app. Receives a scrambled, irreversible version of your email address, never the address itself |
| Microsoft Clarity | Records how visitors move through the app, so we can see where it confuses people |
We do not sell your information, and we never will.
Cookies and tracking
Our apps store small amounts of information in your own browser so they can remember you between visits — for instance, that you already entered your email, or which session you last played. That information stays on your device.
We also use the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity, which set their own cookies. You can turn off personalised advertising in your Facebook ad settings, and any browser lets you block or delete cookies.
How long we keep it
If you bought something, we keep your purchase record for as long as your access lasts, and as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you only left your email, we keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
What you can ask us to do
- See what information we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it. If you bought something, this also ends your access.
- Stop emailing you — every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
Write to support@mindjourneylab.com and we will handle it within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason, and asking costs nothing.
Depending on where you live — California, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada or Australia — you may have additional rights under local law. We apply the rights above to everyone, wherever they live.
Where your information is held
Our providers store information on servers in the United States. If you use the service from another country, your information is transferred there.
Children
Our products are for adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
Connections to our site are encrypted, payment details never touch our servers, and access to our records is limited to the people who run the business. No service can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced by email to people who have an account with us.
